What You’LL Get:

List of deliverables is always finalized during the strategic process, but typically looks like this:

FROM THE START UP PACKAGE:

  • Your Brand Identity will ensure consistency and recognition across your materials. This typically includes a simple wordmark, brand icon, color palette, and selection of 2 or 3 brand fonts.

  • We’ll write headlines and subheads across your materials. For longer body copy, we may work with existing copy or ask you for a draft that we will edit. We ensure all copy on your site and materials gets done and is professional.

  • We’ll agree upon a suite of collateral based on your needs during the strategic process. This may include a deck, one pager, business cards, a mailer, or other collateral depending on what is needed and most impactful.

  • We have you covered across your platforms to ensure your profile looks branded and polished.

FROM THE LEVEL UP PACKAGE:

  • One example of the need for a brand id system is a parent brand with multiple branded products or initiatives that live within it. In this case it’s important for the brands to each stand alone while being part of a system.

  • In the Level Up package we typically write all copy for websites and collateral. We collaborate with you to revise, repeat, and finalize.

  • Some websites needs more than ten pages to house larger amounts of information, or have more complex technical needs.

  • We offer custom Webflow and Wordpress builds that allow complete design freedom and increased technical flexibility. Custom builds have a separate timeline from the sprint process - typically 4-6 weeks.

  • We can customize project facilitation to ensure buy in from larger groups of stakeholders.— for example, advisory boards or larger internal teams. This may look like extra sessions with larger groups and a more robust upfront strategic process.

PLUS MAY INCLUDE:

  • Custom illustration and animation take a brand to the next level. We work with an amazing roster of artists and animators to bring this bespoke special touch to your brand.

  • Our developers can build robust technical products with database integration as needed.

  • We’ll be your creative team to produce and oversee a photo or video shoot, from bringing together the right team to creative directing the process.

  • A brand video is a must have for launch. We can create one using existing assets and stock, or put together a shoot and go big.

ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE:

  • We believe your brand shouldn’t be static. That’s why we offer a quarterly check in for a year that includes a round of changes if needed.

  • All projects are customized to some degree. We may propose, or you may request, a deliverable not listed here.
